For hair extension appointments, we require at least 72 hours' notice, with a cancellation fee of $150 for shorter notice. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain exceptional service standards.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice, or missed without notice, or changed from a higher costing service to a lower costing service may be subjected to a fee up to 30% of the scheduled service cost.
